The inspiration for this release comes from Paul's 'A Tale of Porthilly' dish using local Cornish Botanicals

and for this particular expression they take the original recipe they us for the Cucumber Gin but this time they add extra botanicals

Monkey 47 Sloe Gin 50cl complex and aromatic – smoothThis fantastic addition to the Monkey 47 range is made from the base of the original g=Gin from Monkey 47 and infusing it with Black Forrest Sloe berries for 3 months. This Gin is well balanced and boasts of Sweet Red Berries and Tangy Juniper berries with a slight note of Almond on finish. A great version of Sloe gin!
